Here is how you make Portabello Pizzas:

Preheat oven to 350. Line a cookie pan with foil. Spread out mushroom slices, may combine the small thin ones to even out the portions but enough to make 16 little pizzas.Tear the Basil Leaves in half and place on top of mushrooms. Spread sauce over the basil leaf and mushroom. Top with a turkey pepperoni (may have to split in half to fit better).Put sheet into oven for 10min to cook the mushrooms a bit. Take out of oven and sprinkle each pizza with cheese.
