1 TBSP garlic

2 tsp tumeric
2 tsp cinnamon
1 small can of tomato paste
1 bag of fresh green beans.
1 tsp saffron (dissolved in water add at the END) (Optional)

3 cups basmati rice cooked in 1 tbsp water (cook halfway)
8 cups water

Here is how you make Karen's Persian Lubia Pollo:

Add 1 TBSP olive oil (optional) and sautee meat, diced onions, minced garlic and spices all in a cooking pot until brown. Add in green beans - quarter the beans. In separate pot par-boil the rice and salt. Drain and then mix in with meat mixture. Once the meat is mixed with rice pour dissolved saffron over rice and fold in to blend.
