Here is how you make Diet Cola Pulled Pork:

Place whole roast into slow cooker. Season w/ salt and pepper (and garlic) if you like...it is not necassary and totally optional. Dump a can of diet cola or root beer over the meat. Cover and cook for 6 hours....depending on how much meat you are making it could take longer or less time. When meat is cooked through remove it from the pot and shred (WITH A FORK IT'S SO TENDER). Discard liquid from the pot and then put meat back into it. Mix in the BBQ sauce and you are done!!!!
