2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 large egg
1/2 c milk (2%)
2 tsp Garlic Salt
2 tsp pepper

Here is how you make Cornflake Coated Pork Chops:

Preheat oven to 350In ziplock bag crush corn flakes (I like to crush 3/4 into fine crumbs and 1/4 into larger crumbs)In small mixing bowl, combine milk and egg. Season chops with garlic salt and pepper.Dip porkchops into egg wash and then place in ziplock bag with crumbs. Shake and coat porkchops well. Place pork chops on a wire rack on a jelly roll pan. (I usually place the larger left over crumbs on top of chops at this point) Cook for 45-50 minutes or until pork reaches a temp of 165.
