1/4 brown rice - uncooked

Set Crock Pot for 6 hrs.Put in can of chili beans.Add can of tomatoes. Add 1 can of water.Add Chopped Onion.mix in 6 tbsp of bbq sauce & mustardrub pork loin with chili power, garlic powder and cumin.put in crock pot. spread the other 2 t bsp of bbq sauce. I cooked for 5.5 hrs and then put in the 1/4 cup of rice for last half hr. also at that time i shredded the pork with a fork.makes about 12 servings. u can make it hotter by adding in hot sauce or chipolte sweet sauce. not calculated in calorie count.enjoy..
