6oz pork tenderloin
green bell pepper strips 0.25 cup
red sweet pepper chopped 0.25 cup
2tbsp chopped onion
2 cloves garlic finely chopped or crushed
3 small potatoes cut into chunks
0.25 teasp basil
0.25 teasp rosemary
0.25 teasp tarragon
0.25 teasp oregano
1 tablesp paprika
0.5 cup tomato paste
corn oil 0.5 tbsp
olive oil 1.0 tbsp
water (hot) 2 cups
freshly ground black pepper 1 teasp or to taste
dash of salt if required


How Do I Make Pork Paprika?

Here is how you make Pork Paprika:

Cut pork into approx 1inch cubes Put the olive oil and corn oil into a medium size deep saucepan and heat. Add the pork, turning over till it starts to brown a little. Turn the heat down and add the chopped onion, the garlic, the peppers and the potato chunks and stir around for a few minutes.Add the herbs and the paprika & stir to mix in.Now add the hot water and mix in the tomato paste. Bring to boil then turn down heat and simmer until potatoes are soft and sauce has reduced to become quite thick. You may need to add more hot water as it cooks so keep an eye on it!Add salt and pepper towards end of cooking.
