1 - 14 oz. Ring Jennie-O Turkey Sausage, Sliced into 1/4" Slices
1 Small Head of Cabbage, Cut Into Approx. 6 Wedges
1 Cup Onion, Cut into Wedges
7-8 Baby Red Potatoes, Scrubbed & Halved or Quartered, Depending on Size
1 Red Bell Pepper, Cut into 2" Chunks
3 Cloves Garlic, Diced
1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper to Taste
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Here is how you make Red Potato, Cabbage and Kielbase Bake:

Place potatoes in the bottom of a 3 quart covered baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 the salt over the potatoes, and sprinkle generously with pepper. Layer the cabbage over the potatoes, breaking up the wedges a bit, if needed, to make an even layer. Layer onions, peppers & garlic over the cabbage. Sprinkle with remaining salt, a pinch or two of the crushed red pepper flakes and more ground pepper. Layer the sliced turkey sausage over the top of the vegetables. Cover & bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven, remove cover and with a rubber spatula, gently fold the ingredients together, taking care not to break up the potatoes.
