Cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil about 6 inches wide and curl up the edges slightly. Divide potatoes amongst foil, divide onion as well. Put 1 tsp butter and about 1 Tbsp half and half in each bundle. Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Put a dash of parsley flakes on each. Bring foil up around potatoes and gently squeeze the top together. Cook at 425 for about 25 min. Open the packets up slightly and let bake another 5 min just to get a little more bubble in them.
