Break the cauliflower head into flowettes and wash. Discard leaves and stalk. Place in pot with about 3 inches of water, cover and boil for about 5 minutes. Drain water off cauliflower throroughly. Place cauliflower in blender with all other ingredients. Blend well and serve. (Add the half and half slowly and check consistency.
