Mix all meatloaf ingredients and knead until well blended. Place in greased loaf pan or free form on baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes.While meatloaf is baking, chop potatoes and boil for 20 minutes. Drain and add milk, butter, green onion, salt and pepper. Mash until smooth.After meatloaf has cooked for 45 minutes, flip it on to baking sheet or larger casserole dish.
