9-12 oz sliced mushrooms
1 small brown onion, thinly sliced

5 parsnips, peeled and chunked
3 cups baby red potato, diced with peel on
3 tbsp dried dill
2 tbsp butter or butter substitute

Allow to simmer until mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes.Carefull pour sauce over patties in baking dish.Cover. Bake @300 25-30 minutes, until patties are cooked through.Potato/parsnip mash:place potatoes and parsnips in pot of boiling water. Cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain water.add 1 tbsp butter, dill, s&p if desired.
