1.5 c Skim Milk
1/2 c Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1/2 c Shredded Parmesan Cheese

How Do I Make Sweet Potato Gratin?

Here is how you make Sweet Potato Gratin:

Preheat oven to 400F Spray dish with non stick sprayIn a saucepan heat milk, margarine, parmesan cheese, cinnamon, ginger, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Heat over medium heat until cheese is melted.Slice sweet potato thinly with mandolin. Layer potato in baking dish. Add one half of chopped onion. Add additional layer of potato. Add cheese and remaining onion. Add additional layers of potato. Pour hot milk over layered potato and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 40 minutes or until potato is tender. Uncover and add sprinkle panko over top. Add several grinds of black pepper over panko and place under broiler until panko is golden brown. Cut into squares.
