Here is how you make Jacque's Cheesy Potatoes:

Peel, cube and boil potatoes until al denteCheese sauce: Heat butter or margarine in 1 1/2 qt sauce pan over medium heat until melted. Stir in flour, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Cook over med heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly. Remove heat and stir in milk. Heat just until boiling. Stir and boil for 1 minute. Stir in cheese until smooth and melted.Place potatoes in 2 qt baking dish and pour cheese sauce over.
