Rinse potatoes. Spray aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray and arrange potatoes and onions on aluminum foil. Spray potatoes and onions with additional non-stick cooking spray until lightly coated. Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper over potatoes and onions. Fold aluminum foil over the potatoes and onions to make a "pack". Use an additional piece of aluminum foil to seal the "pack". Place on barbecue grill for 7 1/2-10 minutes and turn over, cooking an additional 5 - 10 minutes. Remove from barbecue grill and serve. Makes 2 - 1/2 or 3/4 cup servings.
