Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 2 qt. casserole. Thinly slice potatoes (about 8 cups) and onions (about 4 cups). Cook potatoes and onions together in boiling water with salt added for about 5 mins or until slightly tender.Melt butter in a sauce pan. Remove from heat and stir in paprika, pepper and salt until smooth.Very gradually blend in milk and cook over medium heat until thick and smooth. Layer 1/3 potatoes and onions.
