Mix flour beaten eggs and milk to a batter consistency - if its too thick add water!Heat the oven to 230 degrees the oven has to be hot. Place a bun baking tray with a little bit (tip of a teaspoon) fat in the bottom and heat the fat. Then pour the batter into each "bun" hole and place in the top of the oven. The fat has to be hot and so does the oven. The mixture should rise to a golden crispy Yorkshire Pud.
