How Do I Make Quick Quiche?

Here is how you make Quick Quiche:

Spray 9" pie plate with cooking spray. Sprinkle grated cheese and crumbled bacon in bottom. Melt butter in non stick pan. Add onions and saute until soft. Scrape onions and butter mixture into bowl with eggs, flour, salt and milk. MIx well and pour on top of cheese and bacon.
