Here is how you make Quinoa Pine Nut Pilaf:

In a saucepan, saute the oinoin and garlic for about 5 min - till soft. add the peppers, cumin and coriander and saute an additional 5 min stirring occcasionsally. Rinse quinoa and then add the quinoa and water to the saucepan, cover tightly and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
