1 tbsp minced garlic
14 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste

How Do I Make Quinoa Risotto?

Here is how you make Quinoa Risotto:

Quinoa - rinse well if quinoa is not pre-rinsed. Add 2 cups water to 1 cup quinoa. Bring to boil, turn down to simmer and cook for approx 15 min (until water is absorbed).Spaghetti sauce - Put olive oil in sauce pan on medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook and stir until soft (2-3 minutes). Add sauce and paste plus approximately 2 cups of water. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil, lower to simmer and cook 20-30 minutes. I usually make the day before and use the next day. Tastes better after a day.Put 1/2 cup cooked quinoa in bowl and add approximately 1 cup of sauce. Add parmesan cheese (approx 1 tbsp).
