How Do I Make Rapid Ragu?

Here is how you make Rapid Ragu:

In a medium-sized saucepan, saute the pancetta until beginning to crisp. Add turkey, breaking it up into pieces. Remove turkey and pancetta to a plate. Pulse onion, carrot, and celery in food processor until very finely chopped. Add the vegetable mixture to the same pan and cook until browned, about 15-20 minutes. Add the Marsala, tomatoes, lentils and water and bring the pan to the boil. Add meat.Simmer the ragu for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
