1/2 c cider vinegar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c ketchup
1/4 c chili sauce
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
2 T chopped onion
1 T lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash cayenne pepper

Here is how you make Barbequed Ribs:

In a large pan, place ribs and onion; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add enough water to cover ribs; bring to a boil and move into a crock pot. Cook in crock pot for 5 hrs on low. Combine all sauce ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Simmer uncovered for 1 hr. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Arrange ribs on a rack in a broiler pan. Brush with sauce. Broil 5 in. from heat for 5 min. on each side, brushing often with sauce.
