Makes 4 servings.Spray an 8x8 pan with cooking spray. Put rice in bottom of pan with celery. Put slice onion on top of rice.Brown pork chops in olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place pork chops on top of onions.Mix bouillon, seasoning, and salt into boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Pour water over pork chops.Cover with foil.
