Pre-cook your brown rice and allow to cool.Once rice is cooled, heat sesame oil in wok or skillet with high heat.Add onions and red peppers and stir fry until onions are translucsent.Turn heat down to medium and add rice. Continue to stir to heat rice up, trying to keep it from sticking, but if it sticks I don't really worry about that too much. A good soak will help clean up later.Add black beans and continue to stir.Reduce heat to low and add salsa.
