2 (3.5 oz) bags boil-in-bag long grain brown rice
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream

1 Heat oil in a large saucepan over med-high heat until hot. Add bell pepper, onion and garlic; satue 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in beans and next 4 ingredients; bring to a boil . Cover , reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes.2 While black bean mixture cooks, cook rice according to package directions , add turmeric to the water and omitting salt and fat.
