1 can diced tomatoes w/ basil & garlic (14.5 oz)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (or cayenne pepper)
2 tsp oregano, dried flakes
1tsp thyme, fresh or pinch dried
1 pinch salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups cooked brown rice
1/3 - 1/2 cup water
