Here is how you make Rice with Green Beans, Tomatoes, Onion and Lentils:

Makes 6 servings, about 1.5 cups each.Mix bouillon cubes with 4 cups of hot water till they dissolve. Put rice, lentils and bouillon/water mixture in rice cooker and start.Meanwhile, heat olive oil in pan. Add garlic, saute for 2 minutes. Add onions, saute for 5 minutes until translucent. Add 14-oz can of diced tomatoes with juices and bring to boil. Add green beans. Cook until green beans are warmed. Remove from burner.When rice is finished cooking, add onion/tomato/green bean mixture to rice in heat safe bowl and mix well. Enjoy!Serving Size:?Makes 2 servings, about 1.5 cups each.
