2 Tbsp of Olive Oil (I used Extra Virgin)

1/4 Cup of Brown, long grain Rice
1/4 Cup of Navy Beans

Here is how you make Tilapia, Beans, Rice and Veggies!:

I used a rice steamer and wok for this recipe.Boil about 1-2 cups of water, add your beans and rice. Allow to boil for 15 minutes, then add 1 tbsp of garlic & herb seasoning.While this is cooking, thaw your tilapia and chop your veggies.When you're beans & rice are mostly cooked:Add the rest of your seasonings, olive oil, veggies, and fish to a skillet and cook until your tilapia is white, through and through!Mix both dishes together for yum.Number of Servings: 2Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user SUKAII.
