Preheat oven to 350. Prepare the rice as directed on box, omitting the added fat. Meanwhile brown the turkey sausage in a skillet and drain. Add in the diced onions and let them steam for a couple of minutes. Mix together everything remaining except the butter spray and pour into an 8x8 baking dish.
