1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 small bag of baked potato chips, crushed


How Do I Make Salmon Rice Casserole?

Here is how you make Salmon Rice Casserole:

Preheat oven to 350F. Drain salmon, but save the liquid. Break up salmon into a small pieces into a bowl; add cooked rice. Cook onion in melted butter until tender, not brown, in a medium size pot. Add salmon and rice, salmon liquid, soup and mix until smooth. In greased casserole dish place half of potato chips a long bottom evenly. Put salmon, rice, soup mixture on top of chips in casserole dish and top with the rest of the chips. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.Makes 4 servings.Number of Servings: 1
