The ingredients for Benihana Rice are:

1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup chopped green onion
4 servings brown minute rice cooked and cooled
1 tsp of salt (optional)
3 TBS Country Crock Light
2 eggs
3 teaspoons olive oil
1 med cooked boneless chicken breast
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 clove minced garlic


How Do I Make Benihana Rice?

Here is how you make Benihana Rice:

Saute chicken until done and cut into small pieces. Scramble eggs and chop after cooking. Sauté chopped onion, green onion and carrots until done and mix with chopped scrambled eggs and chicken. Mix in steamed rice with vegetable, eggs and chicken. Add sesame seed and salt and pepper, stirring well. Add butter, garlic, and soy sauce into the mixture, stirring well until done.
