Here is how you make Chops and Rice:

Slather mustard on chops and dredge in flour. Fry in Oil in a min 3" deep pan or electric skillet with lid till just brown. Remove chops from pan. Drain half of excess oil, try to retain browned flour in pan. Place rice in pan aong with soup and water. Distribute evenly and return chops to pan and cover. Bring to boil and dro heat to low.
