Here is how you make Puerto Rican Rice #1:

Brown stew meat in vegetable oil. Add vegetables and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often. Add rice and enough water to cover all by 1/2 inch. Stir until blended. Cover and reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 25 minutes. Stir and test Rice. Meal is ready when rice is cooked thoroughly. If not done after 25 minutes make sure you stir thoroughly and cover for additional time.
