Cook rice as directed. My instructions read: Boil 1 1/2 cup of water. Add 1 Cup of rice, lower temp to medium-low and cover until rice is done. (make sure to stir your rice so it doesn't burn!)In a large frying pan, heat 2 tbsp. of Extra virgin olive oil on medium high, chop 1/4 cup of onions and cook the onions until they are translucent. Lower the heat to medium and add the mushrooms and garlic and cook for another two or three minutes. Make sure not to burn the galic.Once your rice is cooked, dump it in the frying pan and add your soy sauce to the mixture.
