In small sauce pan on top of stove combine wild rice and 1 cup Chicken broth. Simmer until tender. In seperate pan or rice cooker, combine brown rice and remaining three cups broth, cook until done.Meanwhile saute mushrooms, onions, and celery in oil until tender crisp. Dissolve 2 Tbls flour in water, and add to pan. Stir until thickend, remove from heat. Add one cup milk, and rice.
