Here is how you make Rice Italiano:

Prepare rice as directed on box. Set aside to cool slightly. Then add egg. In a skillet, thoroughly cook turkey, then add the spaghetti sauce. Continue to cook until heated throughout. In a separate bowl, combine all cheeses, except 2 tbsp of parmasean. In a greased 8 x 8 square glass dish, add half of the rice, followed by half of the cheese mixture, and then the meat sauce. Repeat the layers, and top with the 2 tbsp of parmasean cheese.
