Here is how you make Lentil and Brown Rice Loaf:

Cook the lentils in the vegetable broth until soft. My red lentils only took 15 minutes. Mash the lentils and them mix with the precooked brown rice and add seasonings and tomato sauce or marinara. Lightly spray a loaf pan and gently press mixture in to the pan. Add extra marinara or barb-q sauce if desired. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand to cool for a few minutes before serving.
