Here is how you make Lentil, Rice, and Oat Burgers:

Heat a small saucepan with lentils and three cups of water. Once lentils are nearly done (10 minutes), add in chopped onions, carrots, garlic, garlic salt, and another cup of water. Let simmer. Cook Success rice. Drain all, and let cool. Mix with eggs, crumbs, and oats. Heat a grill pan with half the oil, form patties, and grill.
