3 cardamoms
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 large onion finely chopped
2-3 teaspoon finely chopped red chillies
4 tomatoes finely chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1 cod fish or prawns
1 can (15oz) garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
1 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
