in a pot over medium low heat saute onions in olive oil until soften, approx 4 min. Add chourcio and cook another minute. Add tomatoe sauce and stir. Add water, salt and pepper (to taste) and bring to boil. Add rice and mix well to avoid sticking to bottom. Turn to low heat, cover and simmer 20-22m until water absorbed. Serve hot.
