Preheat oven to 400 degreesIn a dutch oven, saute the onions, peppers, mushrooms and garlic over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until just soft. Stir in frozen artichoke hearts.Place salmon fillets on top of vegetables, and sprinkle with basil and pepper.
