Here is how you make Cajun Sausage and Rice:

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT rice and parsley in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low 8 hrs or High 4 hrs. Remove bay leaves if using, stir in rice and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook until rice is done 25 - 40 min (cooking time varies).
