Here is how you make Spanish Shrimp Rice:

Cook rice according to instructions adding garlic and onion powder, parsely and cilantro into rice before boiling. Rice can be prepared in advance for quicker assembly.Mean while heat shrimp according to package instructions adding salsa half way through heating process.
