Here is how you make Healthier Spanish Rice:

In a medium sauce pan with lid, add all ingredients (and drained beans if desired), but see the following: Use amount of liquid as directed on rice package. If you want it spicier, drain Rotel juice into measuring cup and then add water to the amount indicated on rice box. Stir all ingredients together and the cook according to package directions, I usually let it cook a minute or too longer just to be sure, but use your judgement. That's it! So easy!
