Here is how you make Roasted Potatoes and Onions:

Preheat oven to 375 degree F.Quarter or half your potatoes depending on size. You are looking for large bite size pieces. Peel onions and quarter leaving the root end in tact to keep onions in chunks. Combing olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Mix until combined well. Pour over potatoes and onions, make sure veggies are coated well. Get your hands in there if you need to. If the veggies are dry, add more olive oil, in small increments, until veggies are evenly coated with the oil mixture. Pour onto baking sheet. I will foil the pan for cleaning purposes but you don't have to if you don't want to.
