How Do I Make Roasted Veggies?

Here is how you make Roasted Veggies:

Spray a large cookie sheet with the pan spray. Preheat oven to 450. Spread the veggies over the cookie sheet, as evenly as possible. Spray the tops with the spray (I use Crisco or any other non-alcohol spray) and then sprinkle with seasoning. Kind of stir them around until they are pretty coated, and spray again before shifting them to lay as flat as you can.
