1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup Ground Turkey Meat
1 cup Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots
2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1/4 tsp Black Pepper


How Do I Make Lettuce Roll?

Here is how you make Lettuce Roll:

- Wash whole lettuce leaves and let it drain to dry out.- In a heated pan, saute chopped onion in olive oil.- Add ground turkey meat once onion become translucent. Stir ground meat and onion until the meat is brown.- Add corn, peas and carrots to the pan.- Add 2 tbsp hoisin sauce and pepper to the mixture.- Cook for a couple of minutes until corn, peas and carrots are heated up.- Transfer to a dish and let the mixture cool down.- Lay one lettuce leaf flat on a plate and add 1/20 of the meat mixture on top.
