How Do I Make Refrigerator Rolls?

Here is how you make Refrigerator Rolls:

Cream 1/4 cup lard, 3/4 cup Criso and 3/4 cup sugar.Add 1 cup boiling water - stir until dissolved. Let cool.Sprinkle 2 pkgs yeast over 1/2 cup cool water - let dissolve completely. Add to cooled liquid mixture.Add 2 well-beaten eggs/Stir/work in 6 cups flour 1 1/2 tsp saltCover with damp towel. Place in refrigerator. Following day, punch down. Pat out to 1/4 inch thickness, cut 2" rounds. (Alternately, dough may be pinched off in pieces rolled approximately 1" each and placed 3 pieces in a each greased muffin tin for cloverleaf rolls). Cover and let rise until doubled (about 2 hours). Place in 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes until done.All dough does not have to be used at one time - you may make several rolls and replace the remainder of the dough in the refrigerator to use the next day.
