Cont beating 'til smooth.Stir in enough remaining flour so mix is easy to handle. Turn out onl lightlyy floured board (or dough hook mixer); knead 'til smooth, elastic (10 mins).Place in greased bowl; cover w/saran; fridge 8 hrs..no more than 3 - 4 days.Punch down dough. Let rest 5 - 10 mins. Shape dough as desired. Let rise doubled (30-40 mins).Bake on gresed pan in preheated 400 degree oven 15 to 25 mins. Bursh tops w/melted butter.
