Here is how you make Gratin of Gnocchi with Watercress Salad:

1. Put large pan of salted water on to boil.2. Put creme fraiche into small pan and crumble cheese into it, season with salt and pepper and heat gently, whisking with small whisk until you have a smooth sauce. (Just up to simmering point).3. Check water is up to simmering point, add gnocchi and cook without lid for 3 - 4 mins (they start rising to surface as they are ready).4. Trim and finely chop the spring onions, including the green parts.5. Drain gnocchi, return them to the hot pan and pour in the cheese sauce. Give everything a goos stir and transfer to baking dish.6. Sprinkle half the spring onions all over the top and the parmesan on top of that. 7. Put dish under a hot grill and cook the gnocchi for about 5 - 7 mins or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.8. Meanwhile empty the watercress into a bowl with the rest of the spring onions and toss in the dressing.9.
