2 lb. ground turkey
2 slices bread shredded
1 can onion and garlic diced tomatoes
4 tbsp. worcestershire sauce divided
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup ketchup divided
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 medium sized baking potatoes
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup milk
1 head lettuce (add your favorite kind)
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup parmesan cheese


How Do I Make Meatloaf with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Salad?

Here is how you make Meatloaf with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Salad:

Combine ground turkey, bread, tomatoes, 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce, onion soup mix, 1/2 cup ketchup in a large mixing bowl. Form into a loaf and place in a 13 X 9 pan (you can use cooking spray or aluminum foil for easier removal. Mix together worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar in a bowl. Place to the side. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cooked through. When there is 15-20 minutes remaining, remove from oven and spread ketchup mixture on top. Place back in oven and cook for remaining time. Meanwhile, cut potatoes into large chunks and boil with garlic for 20-25 minutes. Drain excess water from potatoes and mash with a potato masher. Add in milk, salt, and pepper to taste and mix together. Tear lettuce into small pieces and toss with salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and Italian dressing.
